TOWER

Using the springs as resistance on the Tower will strengthen, stretch and reshape your body. From Abs to Glutes and Arms to Thighs- this is a total body workout! All levels welcome.

RE-BOUND

Our newest program using a fitness trampoline and props such as weights, resistance bands and hand or ankle weights. This workout challenges strength, stability, endurance, speed, and coordination. Rebounding benefits also include pelvic floor strengthening, it is 68% more efficient than jogging, increased lymhatic flow, bone strength and density, and it's low impact!

FLOW

This class is an all levels, one hour flow that will get you stretching, sweating, and feeling great. You can expect upbeat music, a deliberate paced flow, and a blissful post-yoga glow.

HIIT

This class is 55 minutes of high intensity drills completed in sequence, designed to improve conditioning and agility. We use simple body weight exercises and moderate weights combined with basic Pilates principles to keep your workout safe and effective. HIIT will test your limits and SCULPT your body.

liit

Low Intensity Interval Training. This is HIIT's best friend, but limit the heavy weights and take out the plyometrics! This is a great lower impact option for those who want a solid, full body workout, but have aches or injuries to keep in mind. 

 

Re-form

Re-Shape, Re-Align and Re-Form your body! In this 55 minute class you will work against spring resistance along with the basic principles of Pilates to strengthen and tone your entire body. All levels welcome.

cardio reform

In this blast of a class we will keep you moving using the Jump board and other apparatus and props that will get your heart rate up. We will work in intervals and then stretch it all out to assure that your body gets what it needs in both work and recovery. Join us in this fast past class! Recommended if you have taken at least 20 regular pilates reformer sessions. Some series are advanced.

TRX

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Suspend utilizes classic TRX movements, but also challenges your coordination, stability, and core using pilates principles.

Pilates stick

This class is a Mat based pilates class that utilizes a Pilates stick prop with bungee based resistance that is attached to the ballet barre. Pilates Stick has both an upper and lower body strength focus, plus cardio elements, but further challenges your core, balance and control due to the instability of the resistance.
